How do I open an account?

In order to open an account we require the following information:

  • Company Name
  • The URL of your real estate website.
  • An email address linked to the domain of your website (we do not accept free email accounts).
  • Full name of the account owner.
  • Company CIF number or the DNI/NIE of the account owner.

How do I upload my listings?

Upload your properties manually or send us an XML feed of your properties.

Currently we accept the following formats
Request an Import

  • ReSales Online Format (V1.4)
  • Kyero Format Version 2.0 or later

Do I get support with the Standalone account?

Yes of course!
Once your account is opened, simply click the Customer Support button on your system menu. You will have access to our thousands of support articles on how to use the system, or you can raise a Support ticket with your question or request and our Customer Support Team will respond promptly.
You will also have access to our “show me how” tutorials.
Note: Telephone support is only available to Network Accounts.

What is the Agent Messaging Service?

The Agent messaging service allows you to send/receive, property and client requests with other agents on the Network.
