Office Admin / Help Desk – 1 position
We are looking for an Admin person to assist in the general smooth running of the office. We are looking for someone with a friendly and professional attitude, teamwork spirit and attention to detail. After full training on our system, responsibilities will also include telephone assistance for our clients when they need help with our software.
- Assisting in all aspects of general office administration
- Telephone and reception
- Processing of property database
- Invoicing and preparation of monthly bookkeeping for accountants
- Telephone Help Desk support for our software users
- Liaison with TeleSales and IT department
- Minimum 2 years office experience
- High level of computer literacy and fast keyboard skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Experience with Microsoft Office, in particular, a good level of competency with Excel
Valued Skills (though not imperative):
- Knowledge of the real estate industry
- Knowledge of ReSales Online software
- Other languages
We are offering a full-time contract with a take home salary of 1100 euros per month.
The start date for this role will be the 13th of June 2011.
