A. Yes, you can. For certain databases, there is no cost for this service.
Q. How much does it cost to join ReSales Online?

Q. How secure is my data?
A. Your data is stored in a secure Data Warehouse Center in London on a network of 3
dedicated servers. Physical access to these servers is not permitted and we employ encryption routines on all
sensitive information.
Q. Can I use my own Window Cards on the system?
A. Yes you can. Just provide us with the style you require and we can include it.
Please note there may be a small charge for this.
Q. Will I be locked into a long term contract?
A. No. You subscribe with a rolling monthly contract and can cancel at any time.
Q. How quickly can I have it setup in my office?
A. Once you have completed all the necessary steps, we can have you live within 24
hours. However, in most cases, we can complete the setup within a couple of hours.
Q. How many properties can I list on the system?
A. As many as you like. There is no limit to the amount of properties you can list.
Q. Can I access the system from home or on alternative computers?
A. Yes. As it is an online service, you can access it over any internet connection.
Q. Does ReSales Online have multi-language capability?
A. Yes. The system runs in English, Spanish, French, German, Dutch and Danish.
Q. Will other agents see the private details of my clients?
A. No. The private information on the properties along with your client details
can only be viewed by your company.
Q. I am not very IT savvy, is it easy to add new properties to the system?
A. Yes it is easy. Don't take our word for it ... ask our members.
Q. How may photos per property can I upload on ReSales Online?
A. There is no limit to the number of photos you may have for each property. Indeed
we encourage our members to put as many photos on per property as possible as we believe this can only help
in attracting attention to a property.
